Tours

The tours Iranians search for most, what a package usually includes, and the sellers that offer them. Compare the package against a flight plus a hotel before you pay.

Parvazyar sells no tours. Each link goes to the seller's own tour page, where the current price, dates, inclusions and cancellation rules apply. Package figures here are dated starting prices from Iranian news and seller pages, usually per person in a double room, and are not final.

  • Istanbul tours

    International

Istanbul is the most-searched foreign destination on Iranian sellers: two of Alibaba's three most-searched foreign hotels in 1404 were there, and Turkey admits ordinary Iranian passports visa-free for up to 90 days. Every large Iranian seller lists Istanbul packages; Snapptrip even has a dedicated /tour/THR/IST page.

    • What an Istanbul package bundles was not verified in the notes; read the seller's inclusions list.
    • The 1405 exit tax (900,000 toman for the first trip of the year, 1,500,000 for the second, 2,200,000 for the third and later) is paid by the traveller and is not part of the package.

No Istanbul package price was found in the notes. For scale, Alibaba's 1404 report put its average tour sale at 46,685,992 toman (all destinations, up from 36,631,175 in 1403) and its average foreign-hotel booking at 37,124,004 toman.

    What we could not confirm

    • No dated Istanbul package price or typical length was found.
    • The 1405 exit-tax figures come from the budget bill; the enacted law was not checked.

  • Kish tours

    Domestic2 nights

Kish is the no-passport beach-and-shopping trip, sold almost entirely as 2–4 night air packages: a charter flight plus a hotel at a per-person starting price. A US$3,000 duty-free allowance on goods carried home runs to the end of 1405.

    • Return flight (usually charter) and hotel, priced per person on a double-room basis.
    • Charter seats are nearly non-refundable: Kish, Qeshm and Chabahar charters lose 50–60% more than 72 hours before departure, 70–80% between 72 and 24 hours, and almost everything inside 24 hours (Taadol, 8 Azar 1404); many Nowruz and summer charters cannot be refunded at all.

On 11 Aban 1405 (2 Nov 2026) Nabz-e Gheymat listed Kish 2–4 night air packages from 14.9 to 22 million toman per person (double room, starting prices, not final).

    What we could not confirm

    • The charter penalty table is from Azar 1404 and has no 1405 confirmation.
    • Whether jabama.tours sells Kish packages was not checked; only the site's existence was confirmed.

  • Mashhad tours

    Domestic2 nights

Mashhad packages are the cheapest way to combine travel and a hotel in Iran because the train option is so much cheaper than flying: a 2-night train tour cost about half of an air tour in Aban 1405. Hotels are sold room-only or full board, and prices step up around religious peaks.

    • Train or flight plus hotel, priced per person on a double-room basis.
    • Hotel board varies: for example Sepanta was 1.8 million toman a night room-only and 2.2 million full board on 11 Aban 1405, and 1.9/2.4 million at the 18–22 Aban peak.
    • Bought separately, the Tehran–Mashhad train ran from about 1,390,000 toman (6-berth coupe) to about 4,160,000 (5-star Fadak) after the Aban 1405 rise, and the average airfare was 7,105,000 toman on 10 Aban 1405.

On 11 Aban 1405 (2 Nov 2026) a 2-night Mashhad train tour started at 8.7 million toman per person and 2-night air tours at 17.5–21.5 million; 4-night tours with mixed hotels started at 23 million (double room, starting prices, not final).

Antalya is the Turkish resort package: Alibaba has a dedicated /tour/turkey-antalya page and a /hotel/tr-antalya hotel page, its magazine covers Antalya alongside Istanbul and Dubai, and its app ships a free Antalya guidebook. The same 90-day visa-free rule as Istanbul applies.

  • Dubai tours

    International

Dubai was Iranians' top foreign hotel search in 1404 (Tower Plaza Dubai alone had 1,111,846 searches on Alibaba), but on 1 April 2026 Emirates and Flydubai said Iranian nationals may not enter or transit the UAE, with Flydubai exempting UAE Golden Visa holders. No official source has confirmed or lifted that rule since, so treat any Dubai package as high-risk until the seller confirms you can board.

    • What a Dubai package bundles was not verified; before anything else, ask the seller in writing whether Iranian passport holders are currently being boarded.
    • The 1405 exit tax is paid separately by the traveller (900,000 toman for the first trip of the year).

    What we could not confirm

    • Whether the UAE entry and transit restriction is still in force in November 2026, and whether Golden Visa holders or residents are exempt, is unknown; Wego (7 Sep 2026) could not verify a blanket ban, while Wikipedia still lists the UAE as refusing admission.

  • Yerevan tours

    International

Armenia is the visa-free neighbour reachable by road as well as by air, which is why Iranian sellers market overland guides alongside flights: Flytoday's blog published an overland-to-Armenia guide on 1405/06/29 and Ghasedak24 has a Tehran–Yerevan route page. Iranians are reported to get 90 days in any 180 without a visa.

  • Tbilisi tours

    International

Georgia is the other Caucasus package, reportedly visa-free for 45 days on an Iranian passport but with a return ticket, hotel booking, insurance and proof of funds expected at the border and discretion at land crossings. A package that bundles the hotel helps with exactly those document checks.

    • What a Tbilisi package bundles was not verified in the notes; read the seller's inclusions list.

  • Najaf and Karbala (Atabat) tours

    International

Atabat pilgrimage to Najaf and Karbala is group travel with its own rules: a flat pilgrim exit fee instead of the exit tax, capped Arbaeen airfares, a ban on group ticket sales of more than 9 people, and an entry rule for Iraq that sources still disagree on. Eghamat24 lists hotels in both cities payable in rial.

    • What an Atabat package bundles was not verified in the notes; read the seller's inclusions list.
    • Pilgrim exit fee for 1405: 90,000 toman by air or 30,000 by land or sea, flat per trip; Arbaeen pilgrims exit free between 16 Tir and 16 Mordad with Samah registration and designated borders.
    • Arbaeen flights were sold only on airline sites and authorized online platforms, with group sales of more than 9 people banned.

For Arbaeen 1405 (sales from 31 Tir 1405 for 1–16 Mordad) the capped round-trip airfare to Najaf or Baghdad was 24 million toman from Tehran and western airports and 28 million from Mashhad and eastern airports; adult and child fares were equal and surcharges banned. In 1400 the equivalent caps were 5 and 6 million toman.

    What we could not confirm

    • Iraq's current visa rule for Iranian passports (Wikipedia: 30 days visa-free, 15 in Kurdistan) has no official source and conflicts with other 2025–2026 reports.
    • A Fars report of Najaf round trips sold up to about 200 million toman on some sites was not verified.

  • Qeshm tours

    Domestic

Qeshm is the other no-passport island, sold as air packages from Tehran that cost about twice a Kish package in Aban 1405, with cheaper guesthouse options on Qeshm and Hormuz for independent travellers. Charter seats follow the same near-non-refundable rules as Kish.

    • Return flight (usually charter) and hotel, priced per person on a double-room basis.
    • Charter seats are nearly non-refundable: Kish, Qeshm and Chabahar charters lose 50–60% more than 72 hours before departure, 70–80% between 72 and 24 hours, and almost everything inside 24 hours (Taadol, 8 Azar 1404).

On 11 Aban 1405 (2 Nov 2026) Qeshm air tours from Tehran started at 31–36.7 million toman per person, hotel packages reached 40.85 million, and Qeshm and Hormuz guesthouses cost 250,000 to 2.3 million toman a night (starting prices, not final).

  • Phuket and Thailand tours

    International

Thailand packages need a visa arranged in advance: Iran is not on Thailand's visa-on-arrival list, and the e-visa is reported at 60 days for about $40 through the Tehran embassy. Direct charter routes exist on Iranian sellers (Alibaba's sitemap lists /international/HKT-IFN from Isfahan), and Thailand's cabinet approved a review of its exemption lists on 19 May 2026 whose outcome is not confirmed.
