Questions people ask
How searching and booking work with Parvazyar, how to pay, where your ticket comes from, and what to do if something changes.
Is Parvazyar a travel agency? Does it sell tickets?
Parvazyar is a trip planner and price comparison site. We do not sell tickets or rooms ourselves. Each button opens the seller (an airline, Aviasales, Booking.com, Trip.com and others) with your dates filled in, and you book and pay there.
How do I pay? Does an Iranian bank card work?
You pay on the seller's site. International sellers need a Visa or Mastercard issued outside Iran; Iranian bank cards do not work there. The Iranian sellers we list take rial.
Are the prices live?
Hotel prices on our hand-picked hotels are fetched for your dates when you search. Flight prices are the cheapest fares other travellers found in the last few days, so the seller shows the final price. Toman amounts use today's free-market dollar rate.
Where do I get my ticket or hotel voucher?
From the seller you booked with, by email or in their app, right after you pay. Keep your booking number; you will need it at the airport or hotel.
My flight was changed or cancelled. What should I do?
Contact the seller or airline you booked with: they handle changes and refunds. Our travel warnings page shows routes that are suspended or changing.
Do you charge me anything? How does Parvazyar earn money?
Using Parvazyar is free. Some sellers pay us a small commission when you book through our buttons, at no extra cost to you.
How do price alerts work?
Pick a route, a date and the price you want, then connect Telegram. We message you when the fare drops.
Are the visa rules on Parvazyar final?
We take them from official pages and show the date we checked. Rules can change, so confirm with the embassy before you pay for anything.
How can I contact you?
Write to our Telegram bot. Any message that is not a command reaches the Parvazyar team, and we answer in the same chat.
