How to apply: Register on visa.nadra.gov.pk, choose Tourist/Visit, Individual less than 3 months, upload your photo, passport and hotel booking, pay 25 USD by card, and print the Visa Grant Notice when it arrives.

- Iran is among the 192 countries whose citizens can apply on the Pakistan Online Visa System.
- Tourist/Visit visa for individuals: single entry, stay up to 3 months, fee 25 USD paid online by Visa or Mastercard.
- Documents: photo, passport and hotel booking details.
- Processing takes 7 to 10 working days and restarts if the application is sent back for review.
- You must apply from your own country of nationality and residence; the Pakistani mission there may call you for an interview.
- Travel only after you receive the Visa Grant Notice.

Before you book
- Your passport should be valid for at least six months after the trip; many borders refuse less.
- Exit tax is paid before leaving Iran; the amount depends on how many trips you made this year.
- Iranian bank cards do not work abroad: plan cash or a card from outside Iran.
